Booking Requirement

  • Provisional bookings are valid for 24 hours during peak season.
  • A minimum of 2 nights stay required during peak season.
  • We accommodate children from age of 12 years.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking.
  • Balance of accommodation due on arrival.
  • Deposit via bank transfer - bank details supplied upon request.
  • All major credit cards welcome.

Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation 0 to 14 days of arrival - Deposit is non refundable.
  • Cancellation within 15 to 30 days of arrival - 25% of deposit refunded.
  • Waiver of the cancellation policies are at the discretion of the owner.

Arrival and departure times
Check-in from 14h00. Rooms may not be ready for earlier arrivals.
Tintagel guest house does not have a 24 hour reception.
Please notify us of your arrival time. Off street parking is available in the forecourt.
Check-out time is 11h00

Standard terms and conditions
Tintagel is an accredited member of the Guest House Association of South Africa. Accordingly guests attend this
establishment at their own risk. The Proprietor, its agent/s and/ or its employee/s ("the Proprietor")
shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive and abandon any claims of whatever nature including
but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor,
whether arising from the Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise. The guest/s in addition to the aforesaid,
hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature,
whether arising from the Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise.
